Breakfast, lunch and days in between

At my house, breakfast often has to be quick and easy. If I’m really short on time, I’ll skip meals and make myself a bulletproof coffee (with cream) to take a break. I also have a jar of lemon poppy seed cake mix in the fridge. It can be prepared in a jiffy and only takes two minutes in the microwave.
