Making a delicious keto breakfast has never been easier!
Keto pancakes are a coveted weekend breakfast in my house, but as simple as pancakes are, they can be time consuming to make.
When you bake pancakes in a pan, you can never be too far away from it. You have to keep a close eye on the action and wait for the right moment to flip the pancake.
To make matters worse, this method usually only allows you to cook a few pancakes at a time. By the time you’ve used up all the batter, you’ll have made several small batches of pancakes, and your first batch will probably have cooled. This makes it almost impossible to prepare a hot breakfast for everyone at once.
The spatula to the rescue!
One pan makes a large amount of low-carb pancakes at one time. The best part about this method is that you can use multiple toppings to suit the taste of each member of the family!
Tips for making keto pancakes in a pan:
- If you have a large blender, you can put all the ingredients in and let the blender do everything for you. It’s easy and fun!
- Feel free to use your favorite low-carb toppings, such as blueberries, cinnamon, sugar-free chocolate chips, or even bacon. I made pancakes in a pan with my family’s favorite ingredients.
