Have you heard of low carb dessert tea? Ok, here’s the deal: Tea is a delicious drink that’s high in antioxidants and helps you feel full longer, so it’s no wonder that so many people drink tea. Tea is also ketogenic, which means it will help you burn fat at a faster rate.
By now, most people have heard of the low carb high fat diet, and that it has been shown to be very effective at helping people lose weight. Many people have also read that drinking low carb teas can help to further improve this diet, and there are numerous recipes to help you do this. However, it is important to remember that many of these low carb tea recipes rely on sweetener, while sugar is the primary source of calories in tea. If you want to lose weight, therefore, you must eliminate sweets from your diet.
On a recent trip to Seoul, I found myself dining with friends at a local bakery. As I was finishing off the last bite of my chocolate cake, my curiosity was piqued when I was told a new tea drink was hitting the market. The idea of a tea that could be brewed with sweetener was intriguing to me. To find out more, I had to travel to a place that’s in the middle of nowhere—but it has a treasure trove of sweets.. Dessert Tea with Low Carbs is the third and final drink in our high fat drink series, and it’s my personal favorite! Depending on whether you use caffeinated or decaf tea, you can drink it at any time of day. It’s also a terrific non-coffee alternative, and it’s the ideal way to start your day with a high-fat beverage or end your night with a high-fat delightful drink. I always wind up with a lot of fat grams at the end of the day, so this drink comes in handy and is absolutely guilt-free.
Dessert Delights from Tazo!
We had no idea Tazo made dessert delight teas until a few months ago, and when we did, as you can see in the video above, we went a little crazy. We bought every flavor they had and used them all in this dessert tea recipe. The Chai Tea is my particular fave, although Matt prefers the Vanilla Bean Macaron! We recommend looking for them in your local grocery store; we’ve found that they’re available almost everywhere. If you only have basic black tea at home and want to utilize it, you may sweeten it with liquid stevia drops or season it with pumpkin spice or cinnamon!
Drinks that are high in fat and low in carbohydrates
Three of our favorite high fat low carb drinks are featured in the video above to help you increase your fat intake throughout the day in a delicious and fulfilling way! The nicest part about them all is that you may personalize them to your desire. For example, in the Blueberry Cheesecake Smoothie, you may replace the blueberries with another berry, and in the Keto Breakfast Coffee, you can replace the protein powder flavor with your preferred protein powder! Don’t be scared to push your cocktails to new heights of enjoyment.
