Make these onion bombs with ground beef on the grill or on a camping trip to mix up your foil-wrapped dinners!
- 2 pound of beef ground
- a third of a cup of geriebener Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons powdered garlic
- 2 teaspoons powdered onion
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 2-3 onions, big (use only the largest outer parts)
Combine the meat, eggs, cheese, and seasonings in a mixing bowl.
Cut the onion in half lengthwise, root side up. Clean the exterior components that are the most visible. Because one pound of beef produces eight explosives, I combined 16 slices of onion into bombs.
Place the onions on the foil after drizzling it with nonstick oil. In each bag, I placed two.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and cook for 30 minutes. Make sure they aren’t overdone or burned on a frequent basis. Roast them over hot coals in a campfire if you’re going camping!
