Sugar is bad. Sugar is the bane of our existence. But sugar is also an essential part of our diets. It’s in the many foods that we eat everyday. It’s in the milk we drink with our cereal, it’s in the candy we eat with our coffee and it’s in the sweets we eat at parties.

This post isn’t about the keto-friendly treats I made. These marshmallows are sugar-free and so good (I ate a whole bunch of them). As someone who used to be a sugar addict, I’m happy to say I’ve been able to cut down my daily sugar intake (and I’m not even diabetic), and I never miss it. If you’d like to learn how I gained control of my sweet tooth and reduced my cravings, check out my book for more info.

Since the keto diet has become popular, there has been an influx of low carb products (like MCT oil) that you can use to supplement your diet. One thing that seems to be missing is the sweet treat that everyone had to have before they got into a state of ketosis. Here is a recipe for keto marshmallows, sugar-free, and so good!

You should certainly meet Max if you haven’t already.

You may be wondering what I’m referring about. These are the sugar-free Max Mallow marshmallows from Know Brainerd! These keto marshmallows are powered by collagen and MCT oil, yet they’re still very tasty!

Despite the fact that a full bag has just 90 calories, I do not suggest consuming the whole bag in one sitting. This may result in gastrointestinal issues. After supper, I like to have a couple of these keto marshmallows to fulfill a sweet need.

If you like marshmallows, these candies are as near to the genuine thing as you can get, with a comparable texture and flavor! What’s more, they’re not like normal marshmallows, which are loaded with sugar and other potentially hazardous ingredients. They’re completely keto-friendly!

Golden Milk, Mint Chip, Cinnamon Toast, Classic Vanilla, Lightning Vanilla, and Burnt Caramel are just a few of the flavors offered in these delectable Max Mallow Keto marshmallow treats.

The traditional vanilla marshmallow taste is fantastic! I was excited to try the Marshmallow Cinnamon Toast, however it disappointed me since the cinnamon taste was not very strong. The flavor was quite similar to vanilla.

When I can read and comprehend all of the ingredients on the back of a new keto product, I’m always excited!
